Qualifications include a Juris Doctor, active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, three years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance;

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, and case-related documentation; maintain case files.
