Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government client. This role conducts legal and factual analysis of complaints to determine disposition and supports program objectives.

The attorney drafts analyses and memoranda, maintains case files, and ensures adherence to applicable laws and policies. Must obtain Public Trust eligibility and work on-site in Dallas, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and related documents for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
