We are seeking a strategy and organizational consultant to help clients implement policy, standardize operations, and drive stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will develop work products, lead workshops, design feedback mechanisms, and present solutions to government clients leading major unification

Qualifications

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; ACTIVE PREFERRED
• US Citizenship required for client engagements
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, change management, or related initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-level deliverables

Responsibilities

• Participate in information gathering with clients on org structure, processes, technology, and culture
• Develop work products that synthesize information into client recommendations
• Support stakeholder engagement through workshops and outreach campaigns
• Design, administer, and analyze stakeholder feedback mechanisms
• Draft, update, and quality-control strategic communications
• Develop and maintain public-facing intranet content and online resources
• Manage content for SharePoint, Google Sites, Drupal, or similar platforms
• Create training materials, job aids, and reference products
• Present work products to clients and facilitate discussions
• Collaborate to solve organizational challenges for a government client
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Keep projects on-time and within budget
