Slip Robotics seeks a Government Capture Lead to own from first look through signed award. You will drive Phase III expansion of our SBIR program, coordinating with executives and engineering to win opportunities across DoD commands.

The role requires 7+ years in DoD capture or proposals, a track record of SBIR wins, and willingness to travel 25-40%. You will build team strategies with primes and maintain SAM.gov compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DoD capture, proposals, or contracting.
• Record of SBIR Phase II or Phase III awards or follow-on contracts.
• Experience in defense-tech growth and government proposals.

Responsabilités

• Own capture from first look to signed award for SBIR Phase II/III.
• Lead Phase III strategy: sponsor, funding source, path and timeline.
• Identify and qualify new pursuits across SBIR/STTR, OTAs, and depots.
• Run end-to-end proposals: compliance, win themes, pricing input.
• Build teaming with primes and integrators; maintain pipeline and SAM.gov.
• Translate customer requirements into clear engineering asks.
