You will prepare, audit and submit invoices, review records for accuracy and serve as a liaison between operations, customers and government payment platforms. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail and experience in billing or reconciliations within a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial processes.
• Understanding of debits, credits and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and business software applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in transportation or logistics environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage a workload of 200–300 loads while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, audit and submit freight invoices for government contracts.
• Review shipment records and charges to ensure billing accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between operations, customers and government payment platforms.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconcile shipment information and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support Government Services billing activities and related functions.
• Maintain detailed billing records and audit documentation.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on payment issues.
