Responsibilities

• Prepare effective work plans and labor budgets for proposals and projects.
• Oversee government design projects and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, quality and budget across projects.
• Manage financial aspects and profitability of projects.
• Develop and grow the Government Practice in CT and the Northeast.
• Mentor staff on government project types.
• Review monthly labor and cost reports for profitability.
• Lead and participate in business development and client relations.
• Ensure quality control and QA processes on all projects.
• Coordinate with market leaders to implement growth strategies.
