Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Architectural Project Manager - Government in Simsbury, CT to lead government projects, supervise staff, and drive business development. You will coordinate scope, schedule, quality, and budget while growing the Northeast Government Practice and client relationships.

This role requires a CT architectural license and a professional architecture degree, with extensive municipal project experience.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years leading government design projects with at least four years in business development.
• CT licensure and a professional architecture degree are required.
• Experience with municipal clients and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee government design projects and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, quality and budget; manage financials.
• Grow the Government Practice and lead business development initiatives.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategy for regional growth.
• Travel within CT and surrounding states as needed for development.
