Anthropic seeks a Head of State and Local Government Sales to lead and scale our government sales team across the United States. You will define and execute go-to-market strategy for state agencies, counties, and cities, and build a high-performing organization working with GTM, product, and marketing.

• 15+ years enterprise sales experience with 5+ years managing state and local government sales teams.
• Deep understanding of state and local government operations, budgets, procurement vehicles, and compliance.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent and to scale revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale a state and local government sales team with coaching and development.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for state and local government across multiple states.
• Own revenue targets and ensure pipeline health, visibility, and forecast accuracy.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with governors’ offices, state CIOs, agency executives, and local leaders.
• Drive AI adoption across state and local governments while ensuring compliance and risk management.
