Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and review clerical accounting staff in the Finance Department.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Assist in annual budgets and in preparing the ACFR.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare financial/statistical reports.
• Assist in coordinating annual audits.
• Maintain capital asset records and depreciation schedules.
