Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, analyzing data, creating reports, and assisting in the ACFR process. You will work within the Grant Accounting division under the OCFO and interact with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 accounting credits and 3 statistics credits.
• Two years of experience in preparing journal entries and analyzing accounting data

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present accounting data.
• Maintain ERP Cloud modules and perform reporting.
• Reconcile payroll system and general ledger payroll data.
• Develop internal controls and document accounting system features.
• Support preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
• Provide cost reports and variance analyses.
