Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s Global AI & Knowledge Innovation Office (GAIKO) seeks a Governed Innovation Leader to design and run the firm’s governing model for citizen development across low-code/no-code to full-code tools. You will partner with business units, IT, risk, legal and security to implement the promotion gate, permissions, templates, and training.

You will own the operating model end to end, establish visibility and observability, and scale governance to turn pilots into production-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation programs, technology enablement, citizen-development/governance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design the governed-innovation operating model end to end: roles, review thresholds, build rules across low-code/no-code/full-code, promotion gate criteria, intake and support flows.
• Collaborate with business, product, IT, risk, legal and security to stand up the model foundations and ensure joint ownership.
• Own long-term governed-innovation vision and plan, incorporating BU and IT input.
• Operate the promotion gate, define rules, and keep them current as tools and risk posture evolve.
• Engage BU leaders to translate needs into a governed environment with standardized controls.
