• Experience leading complex, cross-functional work in research, technology, policy, safety, or governance.
• Ability to test assumptions, identify gaps, and translate findings into actionable decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior-level audiences.
• Proven program-management fundamentals and ability to finish ambiguous requests.

Aufgaben

• Bring together technical, policy, and operational inputs to develop coherent assessments and decision materials for governance bodies and senior leaders.
• Work through ambiguous questions, test assumptions, identify evidence gaps, and determine needed analyses or decisions.
• Engage with research, evaluations, safeguards, and risk assessments to understand evidence support and remaining uncertainty.
• Partner with governance-body chairs, technical leaders, and stakeholders to shape reviews and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Translate feedback and decisions into concrete work with owners, milestones, dependencies, and clear completion criteria.
• Drive work across teams, remove blockers, surface tradeoffs, and raise resource gaps when needed.
• Help teams understand applicable governance processes and integrate reviews into plans.
• Maintain records of decisions, rationale, conditions, commitments, exceptions, and unresolved questions.
• Improve governance practices and guidance as capabilities evolve.
• Build tools, cadences, and sources of truth to improve quality and pace of work.
• Develop trusted relationships across Research, Safety, Security, Legal, Product, leadership, and external partners.
