Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, Quality Assurance, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate process effectiveness and execute quality assurance reviews to assess adherence to policies, standards, and risk management expectations.
• Identify control gaps and analyze quality results to surface trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support governance forums, management reporting, issue escalation, and oversight activities across Business Banking Risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to QA methodologies, scorecards, sampling approaches, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics that communicate quality outcomes, risk themes, and observations.
• Document observations, conclusions, and recommendations with supporting evidence.
• Monitor remediation activities and evaluate corrective actions to strengthen the control environment.
• Use data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve review efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities via workflow optimization and technology-enabled solutions.
