• Review initiatives to ensure proper controls are implemented.
• Coordinate onboarding of traders to venues and platforms.
• Assess end-to-end control environment and drive best practices.
• Lead front office supervisory controls, attestations, and exception management.
• Run risk programs like RCSA, risk event reporting, and governance meetings.
• Participate in control projects and present monthly dashboards to senior management.
• Lead audits and regulatory exams in partnership with the business.
• Build strong relationships with front-office, business managers, and control teams.
• Foster cross-team dialogue and implement solutions effectively.
