• 3+ years of data governance, controls, reporting, or analytics experience.
• Experience supporting governance, controls, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and process improvements.
• Proficiency with automation and reporting tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience improving efficiency and reducing manual effort through automation.
