D&G Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Business Management Analyst – Early Career to support governance, data analysis, and project execution in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate meetings, manage records, and develop leadership-ready analyses while enabling critical infrastructure and security initiatives.

The role requires a BS/BA, 1+ year of experience, and strong initiative. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Must be proactive and possess exceptional initiative.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of charters, bylaws, membership structures, governance procedures, training materials, recertification artifacts, and records inventories.
• Maintain governance artifacts, membership data, action logs, recommendation trackers, decision logs, project schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings and engagements, including scheduling, stakeholder outreach, materials, logistics, attendance, note taking, summaries, and action follow-up.
• Collect and analyze operational and engagement data, identifying trends, gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Research critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical security, policy, and sector issues and prepare concise analyses and leadership-ready products.
• Support project execution through work plans, milestones, forecasts, process maps, and task management tools.
• Manage secretariat functions by coordinating, tracking, and ensuring timely responses to all internal agency requests for information.
• Apply quality control, version control, records management, and agency formatting requirements to all products.
