The role demands deep governance expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate analyses into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. On-site position in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• MS/MA degree.
• 12+ years of relevant business management analyst experience.
• 7+ years of experience with critical infrastructure protection, sector management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience translating research into executive-level briefings and decision-support products.
• Initiative, independent judgment, and attention to detail in complex efforts.
• Ability to align stakeholder activities with governance processes and cross-sector frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior Government officials and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for governance frameworks, charters, bylaws, and records inventories.
• Advise on governance, advisory, stakeholder engagement, and sector management functions.
• Guide development of charters, bylaws, and governance procedures.
• Plan and oversee complex council, advisory, sector engagements and events.
• Analyze stakeholder engagement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, schedules, and performance tracking products using MS Office and Power BI.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable recommendations from analyses.
• Coordinate with senior Government officials to address cross-cutting issues.
• Ensure QA/QC and records management practices comply with policies and standards.
