D&G Solutions in Arlington, Virginia seeks a Senior Management Analyst to support DHS CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division. This role provides senior governance, analytical support, and coordination for councils, advisory bodies, sector management, and SRMA activities.

You will lead governance artifacts, engage in executive-ready analyses, and develop schedules, dashboards, and performance tracking using MS Office and Power BI. Onsite Arlington and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant business management analyst experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex research and produce executive-level products.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience aligning stakeholder engagement outputs with cross-sector frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of charters, bylaws, membership structures, governance procedures, training materials, recertification artifacts, and records inventories.
• Plan and execute classified and unclassified council, advisory, sector, and stakeholder engagements and events, including schedules, agendas, pre-reads, briefing packages, logistics, minutes, and follow-up.
• Analyze engagement data to inform continuous improvement.
• Develop project schedules, process maps, POA&Ms, dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking products using Microsoft Office, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Government-approved tools.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of recommendations, actions, decisions, participation, risks, dependencies, and sector trends to support actionable leadership decisions.
• Lead research for critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security, resilience, ICT, policy, legislation, and emerging threats, preparing executive-ready analytical products.
• Coordinate senior Government officials and internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate action, recommendation, decision, participation, and outreach records.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce governance compliance for advisory, stakeholder engagement, and sector management workstreams.
• Apply QA/QC and Federal records management practices, including FACA, DHS Directive 093-01, and GRS 6.2 requirements.

Position

D&G Solutions is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). CISA leads national efforts to enhance security and resilience of the Nation's critical infrastructure. Within CISA, the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) Sector Risk Management (SM) Sub-Division executes Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities for CISA-led sectors and supports CISA's role as a National Coordinator for critical infrastructure and resilience. This position provides senior-level operational, governance, engagement, business management, and analytical support to CISA councils, advisory bodies, Sector Management, and SRMA coordination activities.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• BS/BA degree.
• 10+ years of relevant business management analyst experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex research efforts and produce executive-level products.
• Demonstrated exceptional initiative and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience aligning stakeholder engagement activities and outputs with broader coordination processes, lessons-learned efforts, and cross-sector frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia.

Preferred

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate workflows.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with critical infrastructure protection, including sector management, advisory, and stakeholder engagement functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Federal advisory bodies, including familiarity with FACA requirements.

Clearance and Eligibility

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• This role is restricted to US citizens.

• Hybrid with an onsite requirement in Arlington, Virginia.
