Qualifications

• MS/MA degree required.
• 12+ years of business management/analyst experience.
• 7+ years in critical infrastructure protection, sector management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading complex governance and strategic advisory initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex issues into executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks and artifacts.
• Advise on governance, stakeholder engagement, and sector management.
• Provide guidance on charters, bylaws, membership structures, procedures.
• Plan and coordinate complex governance engagements and events.
• Analyze stakeholder engagement data to identify trends and improvements.
• Create management frameworks with schedules, maps, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze recommendations and synthesize findings for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with senior Government officials and stakeholders to address issues.
• Provide governance and compliance framework guidance; identify gaps.
• Mentor analysts and review high-visibility deliverables.
