Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Governance Specialist - Project Controls for a large power and utilities client in St. Petersburg, FL on a 3-year W2 contract. You will develop governance materials, maintain SharePoint content, and support day-to-day governance across programs and AFWS.

Responsibilities include governance documentation, process updates, meeting support, and reporting. Requires 5+ years in governance or 9+ years without a degree; a Bachelor's is required, with PMP/PgMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project governance, project controls, or program support (or 9+ years without degree).
• Strong working knowledge of governance processes, project controls documentation, and process maintenance.
• Experience creating or maintaining job aids, procedures, templates, and SharePoint content.

Responsibilities

• Governance documentation and maintenance of job aids, maps, procedures, and templates.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and project controls content.
• Support updates to governance processes and document current/future-state workflows.
• Prepare agendas, action logs, and organize supporting governance materials.
• Compile weekly/monthly leadership reports using established templates.
