Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is hiring a Project Controls Manager to support governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of project controls across large utility capital projects in the Houston area. Responsibilities include leading cost, schedule, risk and change management oversight; ensuring Stage Gate Process compliance; conducting assurance reviews; providing SME guidance and training on project controls and risk analysis.

EPC or engineering firm experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years managing large, complex utility capital projects.
• Experience with project controls, risk management, and project governance.
• EPC or engineering firm experience preferred.
