Authentic8 is seeking an experienced governance administrator to support Governance Operations, Security, and Compliance. The role emphasizes organized process, documentation integrity, and effective execution of governance workflows.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage tickets, schedules, and capacity analyses to ensure efficient resource use. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and budget awareness, with opportunities to contribute to policy

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating tasks with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Budgeting and financial management experience related to projects.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Administration: create/update tasking tickets, categorize, and report on trends.
• Manage workgroup scheduling, meeting minutes, and action-item tracking in Confluence.
• Conduct capacity/resource analyses and coordinate with engineers for allocation.
• Participate in strategic planning, risk identification, and initiative prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee governance operations administrative tasks and related projects.
