Job summary

Authenticom is seeking a Manager of IT Operations & Governance to lead end-user technology operations, governance, and security practices. You will oversee day-to-day IT services, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management while collaborating with HR, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes upgrading IT service management maturity, SOC 2 readiness, and secure software practices, balancing hands-on work with process improvement in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in end-user IT, operations, service management, governance, or security.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Strong customer-service orientation and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day end-user IT operations across the organization.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and software access.
• Escalation point for complex employee technology issues.
• Maintain asset inventories and drive process improvements.
• Support SOC 2 audit readiness and security governance.
• Collaborate with HR, Engineering, and vendors to meet service levels.
