Job summary

Authentic8 is seeking an experienced governance administration professional to join our Governance Operations, Security, and Compliance teams. The role focuses on governance administration, compliance coordination, documentation integrity, stakeholder enablement, and execution of governance processes.

You will coordinate tickets, meetings, capacity planning, and project tasks with senior engineers and leaders, developing policies and reporting on service levels and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of admin, operations support, governance, compliance, program coordination, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create/update tasking tickets and generate trend data and reports.
• Oversee scheduling for meetings and document minutes.
• Perform independent capacity analysis of platform usage and resources.
• Participate in strategic planning of operational initiatives and risk identification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and actions.
