You will coordinate inputs, strengthen storylines, and translate updates into crisp narratives for leadership with strong QA in a risk-sensitive environment. You will partner with Control Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal to deliver decision-ready materials and improve controls and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in governance reporting or analytics.
• Strong executive writing and storytelling for leaders.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forum materials and improve storyline clarity.
• Manage end-to-end meeting production including actions, deadlines, and approvals.
• Synthesize updates into what/so-what/now-what narratives for decisions and risks.
• Perform data quality checks: trend reviews, reconciliations, completeness checks.
• Escalate data inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with material owners.
• Maintain logs for issues, findings, remediation and tracking progress.
• Improve templates, trackers, and minutes to increase consistency.
• Use approved AI tools with rigorous human validation for leadership materials.
