Job summary

Capital Technology Group is seeking a smart, motivated Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across government contracts and new programs.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and best hiring strategies. The role emphasizes GovCon recruiting and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including GovCon or technical roles
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to discuss security clearance requirements with candidates
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across government contracts
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and clearance requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
• Write compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
• Train, onboard, and mentor junior recruiters and staff
• Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and recruit metrics
• Contribute to employer branding through social media and outreach
