Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of proposal writing, GovCon, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Experience with RFI, RFP, RFQ; knowledge of government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and refine proposal content across technical, management, and corporate sections.
• Tailor language to solicitation requirements and customer priorities.
• Ensure clarity, compliance, formatting, and professional tone.
• Draft all RFI, RFP, and RFQ write-ups from start to submission.
• Coordinate inputs from internal contributors and SMEs; manage version control.
• Track proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices and checklists.
• Organize proposal files and templates; ensure proper documentation.
• Perform quality control checks for grammar and consistency.
• Communicate status to leadership and participate in meetings.
