Job summary

Integral Federal in Tysons, VA is seeking a Proposal Writer to support the Business Development Team. You will work with Proposal Manager, Capture Team, and SMEs to develop work products for government solicitations, including GSA opportunities.

The role covers all aspects of proposal development from RFI to Final RFP, with responsibilities spanning technical, program management, staffing, past performance, and compliance. Travel to Tysons area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in journalism, business, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years Federal proposal writing across diverse volumes.
• Understanding of US Government processes (FAR/DFAR) and proposal response practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and develop compliant artifacts for volumes.
• Support strategy, themes, discriminators and messaging.
• Collaborate with capture and proposal managers, solution architects, program personnel and SMEs.
• Conceptualize graphics to communicate management and technical information.
• Ensure proposal compliance and integrated architecture.
• Research, write, edit, and produce sections for major proposals and RFIs.
• Develop oral presentation content and scripts with oral teams.
• Assess proposal content and coordinate with writers and solution architects.
• Edit content to ensure consistency across volumes.
