Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of proposal or GovCon experience.
• Experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and coordinate proposal content from start to submission.
• Prepare compliance matrices and checklists.
• Coordinate inputs from SMEs and leadership.
• Maintain proposal files and templates.
• Ensure quality and compliance of submissions.
