Job summary

RiVidium Inc is seeking a Marketing & Events Lead to own marketing initiatives and staff GovCon events, blending creativity with structure. The role includes after-hours networking, calendar management, and coordinating budgets and vendors across industry gatherings.

You will manage social channels, create collateral with consistent branding and support BD and proposals with graphics and layout, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely event execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing, events, or a related role; government contracting experience is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a polished, professional presence at events.
• Hands-on experience with managing social media channels, content creation and using design tools (Canva or similar).
• Excellent organization and project management, able to juggle events, deadlines and budgets at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own RiVidium's marketing, plan and staff GovCon events, and support day-to-day operations behind them.
• Manage LinkedIn and social channels, create marketing collateral with branding consistency.
• Run email campaigns, newsletters and track engagement to show what works.
• Support BD and proposal teams with graphics, formatting and quick-turn marketing requests.
• Build and manage the GovCon events calendar, attend events, capture contacts and follow-ups.
• Plan client appreciation nights, partner meetups and booth activations.
• Manage memberships and sponsorships with associations and leverage benefits.
• Handle end-to-end logistics: registrations, budgets, vendors, swag, booth setup and post-event reporting.
