Job summary

F3EA, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst (GovCon) to lead financial planning, forecasting, pricing support, and program analytics for the government contracting portfolio.

You will partner with Program Managers, Contracts, HR, and Operations to deliver accurate forecasts, dashboards in Power BI, and actionable insights that maximize profitability across contracts. Hybrid/onsite work available in Savannah.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Government contracts or complex project environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze organizational financial performance and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Serve as the financial advisor to Program Managers throughout contract execution.
• Monitor contract funding, labor utilization, burn rates, backlog, and profitability.
• Develop profitability models and performance metrics for executive decision-making.
• Analyze project profitability across all contracts and identify trends affecting gross margin.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and staffing cost models for recruiting activities.
