Integral Federal, Inc. seeks an FP&A Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a government contracting portfolio. This hybrid Tysons Corner, VA role combines in-office collaboration with remote work three days per week, focusing on analytics, cost, and performance measurement.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in government contract finance, advanced Excel, GAAP knowledge, and experience with Costpoint and Unanet, enabling accurate invoicing and strategic planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience at a government contracting organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building dynamic financial models.
• Experience with preparing Government contract invoices - cost-plus, T&M, and FFP.
• Knowledge of GAAP and FAR/CAS applicability to indirect rates.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and tracking of KPIs; budget vs. actual analyses.
• Produce management reports for executives and the Board; summarize data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Develop, monitor, and forecast indirect rates; review cost allowability.
• Provide rate inputs for proposals and assist in month-end close and variance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and models to support executive decisions.
• Identify FP&A process improvements; optimize Costpoint/Unanet usage.
