Job summary

Korn Ferry is exclusively retained to lead the search for a Director of FP&A for a mission-driven federal government contracting organization. This executive will partner with the CFO and operating-company presidents to drive forecasting, profitability, and performance management across a multi-contract portfolio.

Leveraging deep GovCon experience, the ideal candidate will oversee EAC/ETC analyses, revenue recognition, and contract profitability while implementing standardized planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate finance, FP&A or related leadership in GovCon.
• Strong enterprise-level cost structures and project accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and long-range planning across GovCon portfolio.
• Partner with CFO and executives to translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and BI for visibility into enterprise and project performance.
• Oversee Deltek Costpoint planning module and improve forecasting accuracy.
