Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, and fast-paced projects is a plus.
• Mastery of building processes and best practices.
• Ability to organize resources (people, tools, time) to meet tight deadlines.
• Project lead or superintendent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project software including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the on-site workflow to align with project schedule and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader and liaison among project team members and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, manage punch lists, and oversee closeout with owner/architect acceptance.
• Assemble site team and organize temporary facilities/utilities; expedite long lead items.
• Collaborate with the project manager and site operations team throughout the project life cycle.
