Job summary

We expect 8–10 years in commercial construction, a four-year degree preferred, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office. OSHA 30 is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 8-10 years' experience in commercial construction, including general contractor work.
• Mastery of building processes and best practices.
• Ability to organize resources (people, tools, time) to meet tight deadlines.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow per project schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite for all involved.
• Maintain daily log and manage punch list through owner/architect acceptance.
• Collaborate with PM to formulate schedules and ensure installation methods follow the plan.
• Coordinate with site operations and subcontractors to sustain progress.
