Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction, including with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, and work in occupied spaces is a plus.
• Project lead experience is a plus; ability to master sector software (Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam).
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating project schedule with the project manager and follow through on schedule commitments.
• Maintain HITT quality standards across the project.
• Foster good relationships with subcontractors and ensure fair treatment.
• Ensure complete daily documentation of work orders and identify problems early to propose solutions.
• Organize the site team and arrange for temporary facilities and long-lead item expediting.
