STATION Austin seeks a Government Relations & Partnerships Specialist to connect our community with government, defense, and national security partners. You will manage relationships, understand partner priorities, and translate needs into meaningful engagement across STATION Austin’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing government or defense partnerships.
• Ability to translate partner needs into programs and opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for government and defense partners.
• Establish recurring touchpoints to understand priorities, initiatives, and engagement needs.
• Translate partner needs into opportunities and curate introductions with founders, mentors, and investors.
• Develop government-focused programming and convenings (roundtables, office hours, events).
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships and monitor funding opportunities.
• Document meetings, commitments, and outcomes; track progress and impact.
