Job summary

Core4ce is seeking an IT Specialist to design engaging, accessible online training for Government personnel, collaborating with instructional designers and SMEs. You will develop content with Captivate, Articulate 360, and similar tools, embed media, and implement courses in CSOD, Moodle, and Blackboard.

You will code modules in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ensure accessibility, and troubleshoot issues to keep learning experiences smooth and effective.

Qualifications

• CompTIA IT+ certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing, content-rich learning solutions with user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation using commercial course authoring and other web tools.
• Implement, test, and maintain solutions that optimize student learning.
• Consult with instructional designers on planning and development of self-paced online training modules using course authoring tools and LMS.
• Develop online learning content using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Lectora, and other relevant tools.
• Incorporate media components into learning products and assist in implementing online courses within LMS like CSOD, Moodle, and Blackboard.
• Perform coding for modules using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other web-based languages.
• Ensure course content meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• Troubleshoot software problems and provide solutions using the latest technologies.
