Job summary

Core4ce Careers seeks a Project Lead to manage the development of engaging, accessible online training solutions for Government personnel, partnering with instructional designers and SMEs. The role emphasizes curriculum design, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and training staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Education and can obtain a Public Trust clearance, with a minimum of 12 years’ curriculum design experience and NAVSEA/FMS exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education from an accredited university.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design.
• NAVSEA Security Cooperation and FMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing and new courses.
• Manage all logistics of in-person and Virtual courses.
• Create and maintain databases for tracking attendees and evaluations.
• Provide support to course instructors throughout the training process.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, IT Specialists and Training Facilitators.
• Provide logistical support for training needs including reporting metrics.
• Assist SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
