Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Project Lead in Washington, DC to oversee development of online training solutions for Government personnel. You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure engaging, accessible programs.

The role emphasizes curriculum design, logistics management, and data-driven evaluation, with a path for growth and evolving responsibilities to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design.
• NAVSEA Security Cooperation and FMS experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing and new courses.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual courses.
• Create and maintain databases for attendee tracking and post-course evaluations.
• Provide support to course instructors during training.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, IT Specialists and Training Facilitators.
