• CPA license active.
• Willingness to travel to client and firm locations.
• Experience with GAAS, GAAP, and Yellow Book.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Not-for-profit audits exposure.

Aufgaben

• Maintain client relationships and understand client operations and control systems.
• Serve as engagement partner or report to engagement partner.
• Sign attest opinions when acting as engagement partner.
• Oversee all phases of engagements and ensure deliverables meet GAAP and firm policy.
• Update engagement Partner on key developments and issues.
• Ensure engagements are properly scheduled.
• Serve as SME for governmental sector.
• Oversee billing and collections per firm policy.
• Supervise staff and provide on-the-job training and reviews.
• Participate in staff performance evaluations and recruiting.
