Velcro USA Inc. seeks a Market Development Manager for Government-Military to drive growth across military programs and related government markets.

This remote role requires travel up to 30% and residence in the United States, preferably near Washington DC or in the Northeast. You will develop the multi-year Government-Military growth strategy, influence specifications, and lead cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization, expanding application areas beyond apparel into equipment

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, market development, strategic marketing, product management or technical sales.
• Experience serving government/military/defense markets is required.
• Proven ability to influence specifications, standards or design decisions with OEMs or government agencies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Government-Military growth strategy to deliver revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Own segment strategy and align opportunities, portfolio, pricing and GTM priorities with sales.
• Lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept through launch.
• Build deep portfolio knowledge to drive revenue growth and differentiation.
• Expand value-chain participation and drive specification pull-through with military programs.
