You will influence specifications with OEMs and government agencies, manage a multi-year growth plan, and travel up to 30% from a remote location in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in BD/market development/strategic marketing/PM/technical sales.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, textile engineering, or related.
• 5+ years serving government/military/defense markets.
• Proven track record with annual revenue responsibility >$10M.
• Proven ability to influence specifications with OEMs/government.
• Strong PM in cross-functional commercialization projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Government-Military growth in Velcro portfolio.
• Own segment strategy aligning opportunities with portfolio, pricing and GTM.
• Develop and execute multi-year Government-Military growth plan.
• Lead Government-Military opportunity pipeline and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Expand addressable markets beyond apparel into equipment programs and tech applications.
• Drive specification pull-through and build relationships with program offices.
