We seek a driven Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Team, reporting to the Director of Client Success, and lead ERP implementation workstreams with budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in technology implementations and managing budgets.
• Ability to translate the implementation process to functional-specific stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work-stream Ownership: Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources for ERP work-streams.
• Process Management: Define requirements, map processes, and configure systems.
• Team Management: Lead a team of business analysts and project team members.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks and escalate impact; develop solutions.
• Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external partners for integrations and requirements.
• Communication: Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Client Success and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation to standards.
• Testing and Validation: Support test plans and UAT; address issues.
