Avèro Advisors is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead ERP implementation workstreams within our Project Delivery Team. Under the guidance of a Director of Client Success, you will own and execute critical workstreams and manage budgets and resources across multiple initiatives.

You will coordinate with business analysts, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver on time and within scope, while maintaining clear communication and excellent documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for ERP work-streams.
• Collaborate with process owners to define requirements and configure systems.
• Lead and guide a team of business analysts within your work-streams.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate to ensure project components stay on track.
• Coordinate with external partners for integrations and requirements alignment.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and standards.
• Support testing and user acceptance testing activities.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Team. Under the guidance of a Director of Client Success, you will own and execute the multiple critical workstreams within the overall system implementation and its associated integrations or various service methodologies. This role demands strong project management skills, the ability to manage resources, budgets, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. It requires a focus on delivering results within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work-stream Ownership: Manage the detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned work-stream(s) of an ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
• Process Management: Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to define requirements, map processes, and configure systems in your designated area(s).
• Team Management: Lead and guide a team of business analysts and other project team members within your assigned work-stream(s).
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks within assigned work-streams. Escalate potential impact on the broader project to the Program Manager. Develop and implement solutions to keep your project components on track.
• Partner Coordination: Where required, work with external partners to manage technical integrations and align on requirements.
• Communication: Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Client Success, team members, and other project stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation as per defined standards.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in the development of test plans for assigned work-stream(s). Support execution of testing and UAT, ensuring issues are addressed.

Qualifications:

• Character Requirements: Grit, thick skin, sense of urgency, always willing to do the right thing, solutions-oriented, team player, willing to work without a checklist.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience. Demonstrated experience in technology implementations and managing budgets is preferred. Knowledge to assist in translating the implementation process to functional-specific stakeholders.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core, fundamental project and task management of large scale initiatives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at working with both technical and business teams.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Location: Hybrid, Based in or near Knoxville, TN (or the Tri-Cities area of NE Tennessee/SW Virginia), with travel as needed for client work.

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 130,000 USD per year(HQ)
100,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Hybrid (Johnson City, TN, US))
100,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Kingsport, TN)
