Job summary

Avèro Advisors in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a driven Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team, reporting to the Director of Client Success. You will own and execute ERP implementation workstreams, including integrations and service methodologies.

You’ll manage plans, timelines, budgets, and resources; collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders; and lead a team of analysts. Travel as needed for client work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in technology implementations and managing budgets preferred.
• Ability to translate the implementation process to functional-specific stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, working with technical and business teams.
• Hybrid role based near Knoxville, TN with travel as needed for client work.

Responsibilities

• Own detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for ERP work-streams.
• Define requirements, map processes, and configure systems in designated areas.
• Lead a team of business analysts within assigned work-streams.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with external partners for integrations and align on requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Client Success and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation per defined standards.
• Support testing and UAT; ensure issues are addressed.
