Job summary

Avèro Advisors seeks a Director of Client Success to guide public-sector ERP and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead consulting teams, oversee client engagements, and drive delivery excellence across multiple projects in a hybrid US role.

You will mentor project managers, manage budgets, and engage with senior stakeholders to align outcomes with strategic goals. Travel will be required based on client needs, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management or consulting.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver on time.
• PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in management consulting with digital transformation and/or ERP implementations.

Responsibilities
