Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required.
• 7+ years of managing government contracts.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Create and maintain a construction schedule.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain clean worksite.
• Verify the correctness and quality of work.
