Job summary

Identity Governance Team is seeking a manager to adapt the OIG product for government customers. You will design, build, and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces with a strong focus on scalable architectures and AI-native engineering.

You will lead a team delivering intelligence features, setting up evals for AI outputs, and ensuring secure, compliant deployments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. A path to grow the technical bar is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ in a management role, shipping enterprise cloud software.
• Hands-on coding at scale using Java, Python, or TypeScript; APIs and UI automation (Playwright/Selenium).
• Experience with CI/CD (CircleCI or equivalent), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and a major cloud platform.
• Operates beyond basic AI tool usage—applies AI across the full software lifecycle and evaluates new AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of ML experts and engineers to deliver Intelligence features for the OIG product, powered by ML, LLMs, and agentic AI.
• Design eval frameworks, measure factuality and relevance, and set quality gates before production rollout.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and optimization.
