Job summary

This role requires adherence to safety, PPE, and sanitation standards, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reliable attendance. Shifts start at 4 hours; you’ll work as part of a team across a busy department focused on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare equipment and PPE at start of shift.
• Make and label deli items (sandwiches, grinders, pizza, chicken) and merchandise per SOP.
• Serve customers, weigh/label meat and cheese, and prepare grab‑and‑go items.
• Prepare smoked products to support hot and cold POGs as per SOP.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss and assist with record keeping as assigned.
